Dennis de Jong was born in the Netherlands and studied at the Art Academy of Rotterdam, where he continues to live and work.

His artistic practice focuses on the subconscious, using a representational and symbolic language to reflect on themes like awareness, social issues, and the search for meaning. Drawing from both personal experience and spiritual traditions, his work often explores moments of introspection, connection and trancendance.

Alongside his studio practice, Dennis holds a deep interest in philosophy, literature and cultures. He finds inspiration in these themes and expands on them in his work. Dennis sees it as his vocation to share knowledge and inspire others in their spiritual and creative paths.
